Reviews and Ratings
I found Paradise Village to be a stunning resort with friendly staff and a prime location, but my experience was dampened by poor communication and lackluster dining options. Despite having a beautiful room and great beach access, I encountered significant management issues that disrupted my stay. I hope they can address these problems soon.
My stay at Paradise Village had some ups and downs. The pools and family slides were fantastic, and the beach access was delightful. However, I was pretty disappointed with the food quality and the constant sales pitches from staff, which felt more like harassment than hospitality.
My stay at Paradise Village had its highs and lows. The location was beautiful and relatively calm, away from the chaotic city life. However, the dining options didn't impress me much, and the service left something to be desired at times. Overall, while it wasn't the five-star experience I had hoped for, it was a pleasant getaway for the most part.
I had a decent stay at the hotel, which has a nice location surrounded by beautiful views of the bay and mountains. The rooms were spacious and had a full kitchen, which was a plus. The service was friendly and helpful, making our time enjoyable, especially at the beach and pool. However, the dining options were limited, and the quality of food was not what I expected. Overall, it felt more like stepping back in time than a luxurious experience.
I had a lovely stay at Paradise Village, enjoying the beautiful beach and spacious, clean rooms. While the service at the pool was hit or miss, I was impressed with the friendly staff and variety of activities available. However, the lengthy check-out process was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway! 🌴😌
I had a wonderful time at Paradise Village, especially with the family. The resort is clean, staff are friendly, and the amenities are great, though my room was noisy at times. The variety of activities and the beach were highlights, making it a superb choice for families. However, there’s room for improvement in dining options and room placement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with spacious rooms that were adequately equipped and facing the marina. The service was extremely attentive and helpful, especially when arranging tours. However, the hotel's location is quite far from restaurants and other attractions, which was a bit of a downside. The dining experience could use some improvement as the quality of food has decreased since my last visit.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, but the dining experience left something to be desired. The location was amazing as it was easy to explore local restaurants. However, it was a bit far from the main tourist spots, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money but could improve its dining services.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, they felt a bit less like a hotel and more like converted offices, which was odd. The location is fantastic, close to the local market and right by the beach, making it easy to explore. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the dining options left a bit to be desired, especially for breakfast, which was very limited. Overall, it’s good value for money, yet there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
I had a great time at the hotel overall. The location is absolutely amazing, making it easy to explore local restaurants and enjoy various activities. The rooms are spacious and clean, but we didn't get the ocean view we expected. The service was friendly and helpful, but they did try to push specific tours a bit too much. Dining was just okay and could use some improvement, especially for breakfast. The facilities were lovely, especially the pools, but I wish the dining options were better.
